This page exists because the chapter’s own record is the most honest thing it can publish. Every number on it is counted from the same database that runs the site - the member roster, the published events, the sign-up sheets, the certificate register, the ballots and the forms. Nothing here is typed in by hand, and nothing here is a target or a projection: a figure moves only when the chapter does something worth counting, which is why the page never goes stale between updates.
47 people are listed publicly. 0 of them are current - 0 office bearers and 0 local members - and 47 are listed as old guard, whose term or membership year has ended but who are still on the page. All 47 have written at least one skill on their own profile, which is a thing a member types and nobody types for them, which is why the members page treats a blank as an answer of its own instead of dropping those people out of the roster.
The site carries 13 published events: 13 have finished, filed under 68 distinct tags that run from hackathons and workshops to a qawali night and a plantation drive. The oldest event on the record is from 2025.
No event is taking sign-ups with seats to count, so there is no seat total to report. Attendance is only recorded where the chapter ran a list, so that number is a floor rather than a headcount: whoever turned up without signing in is not on it.
No feedback responses are on file yet. The form opens after each event, and the average will appear here as soon as there is a first answer to average.
No certificates have been issued from this site yet. Each one is keyed to one attendee email for one event and carries a code that anyone can check at /verify.
No election has closed its voting window on this site yet. One vote per member per election is enforced by a unique index in the database rather than by a check in the interface, and the published results are aggregate counts: how a person voted is stored and shown to nobody, officers included. Where the roster can say how many members were eligible to vote, a published result also states its turnout, so a result reads as participation and not only as a winner.
Forms built on this site have collected 22 responses, and 1 form is open right now. The busiest are: SUPER STAR Sponsor Members Registration | Annual Dinner & Freshers Party FT. Qawali Night 2026 (1).
Figures the database could not answer are left off this page instead of being estimated, so a quiet database shortens the list rather than inventing one. If a number here looks wrong, the record is wrong, and the fix belongs in the portal.
The record behind these counts is visible elsewhere: events, the roster, the gallery, and how this site handles the data.
